Welcome to The Future is Female, where we believe in empowering young girls to become the next generation of entrepreneurs. In 2022 alone, nearly 17,500 businesses were founded by women aged 16 to 25, marking a remarkable surge compared to previous years. Yet, despite this progress, the journey for female entrepreneurs is still riddled with challenges.
From firsthand experience, we understand the hurdles these young women face in their entrepreneurial endeavors. Research consistently highlights the disparities between female-led businesses and their male counterparts. That's why we're here to bridge the gap and provide early-stage mentoring and support to girls aged 4-16.
At The Future is Female, our mission is clear: to unlock the potential within every young girl and equip her with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in the world of entrepreneurship.
